My process
1. We meet
It all starts with a first conversation, by e-mail or zoom call, to know where I can help you, and get the full scope of your project. We can discuss your dreams, values, vision and the overall project. We’ll agree upon a package and a deadline tailored specifically for your needs, and get a fair and tailored price for your *new* brand design.
2. Strategy & Concept
If you decide to work with me (yey!) and accept my terms & conditions, the next step is to work on your Brand Questionnaire or Brand Strategy Workshop with me. These are exercises where we are able to “breath” your brand and its needs.
I’ll analyse the exercises and your answers, and jump to the concept of what your brand identity will be.
3. Creative Direction & Design
This is where I'll work on a moodboard & visual concept for your brand. Here, it's all about colours, style and typography, but also about how you want your clients to feel when they consider your business.
In the end, you will be given the entire visual identity and brand assets: the logo and everything that coexists with it and gives shape to your brand identity.
4. Final steps
I'll send you the final files you need and you can finally share your new visual identity with your clients :)
I want my clients to be fully responsible for their brand, and what I deliver is enough for you to be autonomous. But it’s okay to get lost in all the visual options in the beginning, and I will help you if you need me in the weeks after.
Your investment
Brand design projects are an investment for your business that can vary a lot in scope, so we need to understand and analise your specific needs first.
Your investment will depend on your business requests, and the different design pieces you need for me to deliver. We will get that information on our first call. But project payments are always divided by phases, to reduce the investment load.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Never happened, but… :)
Usually, I divide the projects in 2-3 steps. Every phase starts with a payment. If the project is cancelled in the middle, the phases that have already been paid & worked on are non-refundable.

NEED “JUST A LOGO”
I would be leaving the brand work halfway through. As a designer, I assure you: a great logo is not enough. A brand needs to involve, to communicate. It needs to show it's personality, it's purpose, it's essence. I work with brands based on a decade of experience in design and big corps, and I have added branding & strategy to my education, in order to be able to give more depth and cohesion to the graphic communication.
ARE IN A RUSH
There is no justification for me to work on your brand in a hurry or under pressure. I have my own brand design process, which I developed over the last years. It has several phases, spread over several weeks. Working with tight deadlines could compromise the process and the final result. It doesn't mean that we don't get to a wonderful result quickly, but I don't have speed as a metric.
HAVE A LIMITED BUDGET
My experience and my work will add great value to your business, and I often work and invest in my education to deliver more and better. Each budget is personalised, depending on the needs of each project. It is an investment that each client must have available for us to work together, and it allows my clients to take responsibility for planning and doing what they dream of. Project payments are always divided by phases, to reduce the investment load.
